What gets deleted

Your Poppin account is tied to the device ID shown in the app under You → Device ID. On request we permanently delete everything linked to it: coin balance and wallet history, orders, task submissions and screenshots, push notification token, and the Google account link if you connected one. Analytics data already sent to Google Analytics for Firebase is not tied to your name and is deleted according to Google's retention schedule.

How to request it

• Open Poppin, go to You, tap Device ID to copy it.
• Email hello@poppin.to with the subject "Delete my Poppin data" and paste the device ID. If you signed in with Google, send from that Google email instead and we will match it that way.
• We confirm by reply and delete within 7 days. Coins cannot be restored afterwards.

Deleting only part of it

You can unlink your Google account from the You tab at any time, which removes your email, name and picture while keeping your coins. Turning off notifications in Android settings stops push messages and we drop the token on the next app open.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling the app does not delete server-side data by itself, because the device ID may be regenerated. Send the request above if you want it gone.
